Well another update - Ding COP missiong 2-5 completed. Thats the icky fight with the mammets. And boy i'm happy to have done it, what a stinker.
We did it on our first visit but 4th or something actual try, unusual method but it worked so yay, something about blm kiting one, rdm kiting the other and me, nin and dnc kicking the life out of the other. We won with ten seconds to spare so woot!!
although it was the longest level EVER, 60-61, only 11k needed, 4 hours, yes 4 HOURS!!! at 80-112 exp per mob :( party leader was an idiot, we had no tank other than mr monk leader, and well the first summoner was either afk or dd;'ing.
Now i don't object to a summoner being DD BUT when there is no whm its a little mean to leave the cor/whm to do all the healing with their measly 198MP. That's when he was there, i think he leached about 3k total. I'll not flame him by name cause thats not fair, he obviously had something going on irl but still. Pulling and being main heal and keeping rolls up was a little tricky, all i can say is a) thanks to blu healing spells and b) i only died three times, twice cause of the sam who said he'd pull while i reset buffs, he bought back 3 formors, my hint to him: let the professionals deal with pulling lol. (I was healing after death#2 and he dragged a colibri onto my head, ergo death#3)
Anyhow the important thing is ding 61, come on 75!!!!

This weekend I completed my first ever dynamis with Trav's end game linkshell, was so much fun, and we got the win YAY.
Ariez got his Kazham keys as well YAY, and YAY for him also that he got his chocobo. Its all good stuffs!
Not sure if this is a blag spot or not but i also got invited to two parties Monday night, i was in them for 10 mins tops before getting kicked out, not because i'm rubbish or anything but because of the "old school network" problem. I feel chuffed that it happened twice in one night, so i went out and tried to kill Skoggy instead. He killed me, blag point: R3 by a pixie, then C4 by same pixie! yay dizzi.
I believe it was on 04/30/08 but i could be mistaken by a day.... anyhow... Xia and I killed the Sea Horror today! Got the drop, I let Xia have it for being such a good sport and helpping me out. We also ran into Blackbeard. I was all excited about seeing that damn pirate ship too, but no it had to have an NM on it. >< Blackbeard killed us dead. So after that little adventure we picked ourselves up and hopped back on the boat...only to find Silverhook. We gave him a run for his money. He didnt have ice spikes to paralize Xia with, Ha-HA! Sadly we ran out of time and docked in Selbina. ; ; We could have won that one with more time; I think. We hopped back on the boat and then boom there was the Sea Horror. Three NMs in a row we had. It was quite a night and lots of fun. ^^
Tonight, 04/24/08, Oz came out and helpped Cym, Tron, and myself kill Steelfleece. It was so awesome. A great show of PLD awesome-ness. We all got spiffy new titles out of the battle. What a cool guy coming to help us, huh? ^^ I'm out for blood now. Tomorrow its on to the Sea Whore! The NM's shall pay, oh yes.
I also got Zenji his next bond cap done so we are set to hit 70 and he reached level 40. X3
Thats about all for now I guess.
Oh, and Xia and i totally kicked pirate ass two days ago. I'm getting a thrill out of killing things again. XD Guess thats what happens when you stand around chatting in a MH for the majority of your time. =o

On a personal note of cheering, over the weekend I had Ata and Kei help me with my AF1, and today solo'd to finish myself to RDM41 so that I can actually use it! X3

I know as well as everyone else that what I am about to say is small potatos....but to me it was a big deal.
Today I: 1) Solod my 65 Cap 2) Expanded my mog locker to max capacity 3) purchased the second to last piece of gear (Chivalrous Chain) that i have been eyeing (Assault Earring is the only thing left now) 4) and made a new ally, in a guy I have seen around for ever "Pokemeplz", but had never previosly stopped to talk to.
Anyways, I am happy about that. Just wanted to get it off my chest...lonely weekend.

In the later end summer of 2005 I decided that I would get myself a full set of [Gii] signed HQ Elemental Staves, and that I would do so before leveling Blackmage past the point where I would need them.
Now, a little over two and a half years, several million gil, around 400 Guild Points and some 300 levels of crafts later, I have finally achieved my goal. Yay!
Now it's time to get BLM to 75 :D
